KNOW · ACT · RESOLVE
Consumer rights, put to work.
When something you bought goes wrong, RIQARO shows what protection applies, keeps the evidence that matters and tells you the right next step — until the problem is actually resolved.

The problem
Buying is easy. Sorting out a problem often isn’t.
When a product fails, the pieces you need are scattered — and it’s rarely clear who is responsible or what you’re entitled to.
- Receipt in an old email
- Warranty card in a drawer
- Retailer return policy
- Manufacturer warranty
- Your legal rights
- Emails with the seller
- Photos on your phone
- Deadlines you can’t see
- Earlier repair history
RIQARO brings the pieces that matter into one case — so you don’t have to rebuild the story from scratch.
How RIQARO works
From “something’s wrong” to “it’s sorted” — one case, step by step.
Every step records what was found and what happens next. You always know where your case stands.

What makes RIQARO different
More than a place to keep receipts.
Storing documents is the easy part. RIQARO connects them to your rights and to what should happen next.
Know
RIQARO connects your purchase to the protections that may apply — and shows who is responsible.
- Statutory rights and commercial guarantees, kept apart
- Seller or manufacturer: who to contact
- Assessments linked to their legal source
Act
RIQARO turns the situation into a clear next step, with the right evidence attached.
- One next step at a time
- A clear request you review first
- Nothing is sent without your approval
Resolve
RIQARO keeps the case alive through replies, follow-ups and remedies — until it is resolved.
- Who acts now, and by when
- Follow-up when a reply is overdue
- Further routes if the seller does not follow through
Evidence
The proof is ready before you need it.
Keep receipts, photos and messages attached to the purchase they belong to. When something goes wrong, you don’t have to reconstruct everything from memory.
What you can keep
- Receipt
- Invoice
- Payment proof
- Serial number
- Photos
- Video
- Warranty documents
- Seller messages
- Repair history
Not every case needs every item. RIQARO shows what is useful for your situation — and marks what is still missing.

Case intelligence
Not a folder of documents. A case that knows what happens next.
RIQARO organises everything around your case — not around a product list or a delivery status.
- What happenedThe problem, in your words, with dates.
- ProtectionWhat may apply, assessed against legal sources.
- ResponsibleWho should put it right — seller or manufacturer.
- EvidenceWhat is attached, under review or still needed.
- Who acts nowYou, the seller, a repairer or a dispute body.
- Your next stepOne clear action, only when it’s yours to take.
- DeadlineShown separately — only if there is one.
- ResponseThe seller’s reply, recorded in the case.
- RemedyRepair, replacement or refund — and its progress.
- ResolutionClosed only when the problem is really fixed.
Example case
A coffee machine that started leaking after 14 months.
The receipt, photos and messages sit in one case. RIQARO shows that the seller is responsible, a claim goes out with your approval — and the seller offers a replacement.

Built for Europe
Built for European consumer protection. Launching country by country.
Europe shares a baseline for consumer rights, but the details — how long you’re protected, who has to prove what, which remedy comes first — differ per country. RIQARO is designed for those national rules instead of pretending Europe has one rulebook.
National rules, not one rulebook
Each country’s consumer law is modelled separately, with its own sources.
The Netherlands first
Dutch consumer law is the first market RIQARO is being prepared for.
More countries step by step
New countries are added only when their rules are properly covered.

Trust
Built on your side of the case.
RIQARO handles purchase history and evidence. That asks for restraint, clarity and independence.
Nothing is sent without your approval
RIQARO prepares requests and messages. You review them, and nothing goes to a seller or anyone else until you confirm.
Merchants cannot pay to change your rights assessment
Assessments follow the rules and the legal sources — not commercial relationships.
Built for Europe, hosted in the EU
RIQARO is built for European consumer law. Its website and database run on servers in the European Union; email is delivered by a US-based provider (see the privacy notice).
We don’t sell identifiable purchase history
Your purchases and evidence are used to run your cases — not sold to advertisers or data brokers.
Assessments show their legal source
When RIQARO says a protection may apply, it shows the rule it is based on, so you can check it.
AI assists. It does not decide your rights.
Rights are assessed by structured rules. AI may help with tasks like reading a receipt or drafting a message — you review the result.

FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
What is RIQARO?
RIQARO is a European consumer protection platform. It keeps your purchases and evidence together and, when something goes wrong, helps you understand what protection may apply, who is responsible and what to do next — then follows the case until it is resolved.
Is RIQARO a law firm?
No. RIQARO is a technology product operated by WebResenje PR. It is not a law firm and does not represent you. It helps you organise your case and take informed steps yourself.
Does RIQARO give legal advice?
RIQARO gives you a structured assessment of which consumer protections may apply to your situation, linked to the legal sources it is based on. It is not personal legal advice. For complex or high-value disputes, a lawyer or consumer organisation can help.
Which countries will RIQARO support?
RIQARO is being prepared for the Netherlands first. Other European countries will follow one at a time, as their national consumer rules are properly covered. Join early access to hear when your country is added.
I have a problem with a product right now. Can RIQARO help?
RIQARO is not available yet. Our knowledge section explains the legal guarantee in the Netherlands, and the Protection page sets out the main kinds of protection that can apply when a product fails. In the Netherlands, ACM ConsuWijzer, run by the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets, offers free information and sample letters.
What can I store in RIQARO?
Receipts, invoices, payment proof, serial numbers, photos, videos, warranty documents, messages with sellers and repair history — anything that shows what you bought and what happened.
Will RIQARO contact sellers for me?
RIQARO prepares clear requests with the right evidence. Nothing is sent to a seller or anyone else without your explicit approval, and you can always review exactly what will be sent.
How is my evidence stored?
Your evidence is stored on infrastructure in the European Union and is only used to run your cases. RIQARO does not sell identifiable purchase history. See the Trust page for details.
Can merchants pay for better treatment?
No. Merchants cannot pay to change how your rights are assessed. If RIQARO later works with merchants to resolve cases faster, those integrations will not influence the independent assessment of your case.
Does AI decide my rights?
No. Rights assessments come from structured rules built on published legal sources. AI may help with supporting tasks, such as reading a receipt or drafting a message, which you review before anything is used or sent.
When will RIQARO launch?
RIQARO is in development and will open in the Netherlands first. Early-access members are invited before the public launch. We don’t publish a date until we are confident in it.
What will it cost?
Pricing has not been set yet. Early-access members will hear about it before anyone is asked to pay.
