Trust
Built on your side of the case.
RIQARO handles purchase history, evidence and disputes. That asks for restraint, clarity and independence. Below are the principles we build on, and how RIQARO’s rights information is designed to work.
Our principles
Nothing is sent without your approval
RIQARO prepares requests and messages. You review them, and nothing goes to a seller or anyone else until you confirm.
Merchants cannot pay to change your rights assessment
Assessments follow the rules and the legal sources — not commercial relationships.
Built for Europe, hosted in the EU
RIQARO is built for European consumer law. Its website and database run on servers in the European Union; email is delivered by a US-based provider (see the privacy notice).
We don’t sell identifiable purchase history
Your purchases and evidence are used to run your cases — not sold to advertisers or data brokers.
Assessments show their legal source
When RIQARO says a protection may apply, it shows the rule it is based on, so you can check it.
AI assists. It does not decide your rights.
Rights are assessed by structured rules. AI may help with tasks like reading a receipt or drafting a message — you review the result.
Clear about what we are
RIQARO is not a law firm and does not give personal legal advice. It helps you understand your situation and act on it.
Only what’s needed
Early access asks for an email address. Anything else is optional.
Methodology
How RIQARO’s rights information works
RIQARO is designed so that every assessment can be explained, checked and traced back to its source.
How is rights information structured?
RIQARO models consumer protection per country. Each rule records what it covers (for example the legal guarantee on goods), who it applies to, which conditions must be met, what the consumer can ask for, and the legal source it comes from.
Statutory rights, commercial guarantees and a seller’s own policies are kept apart, because they come from different places and are claimed from different parties.
Which sources are used?
Rules are based on official sources: national legislation (for the Netherlands, the Dutch Civil Code), EU legislation, and guidance from public bodies such as the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) and the European Union’s Your Europe portal.
Every assessment shows the source it relies on, so you can check it yourself. Countries are only added once their rules have been researched properly.
Why are rights assessed with fixed rules?
Whether a protection may apply is decided by structured, deterministic rules: the same facts give the same result, every time. That makes assessments consistent, testable and explainable — which is what you need when you rely on them in a dispute.
What does AI do — and not do?
AI does not decide your rights. It may help with supporting tasks, such as reading the details from a receipt, summarising a seller’s reply or drafting a message.
You review what AI produces before it is used or sent. The rights assessment itself always comes from the rules described above.
When do you have to approve something?
RIQARO prepares requests and messages, but nothing is sent to a seller or anyone else without your explicit approval. You always see exactly what will be sent, with which evidence attached.
How is evidence kept private?
Receipts, photos and messages are used to run your cases. RIQARO is hosted in the European Union and does not sell identifiable purchase history. Evidence is shared only when you approve a step that needs it.
How does RIQARO stay independent?
Merchants cannot pay to change your rights assessment. No merchant, manufacturer or partner can buy a different outcome, a softer wording or a lower place in your list of options.
RIQARO may later work with merchants to make resolving cases faster — for example by receiving claims in a structured way. If that happens, it will not change how your rights are assessed, and we will say so openly.
What data does RIQARO collect today?
Before launch, the only personal data we collect is what you give us when you join early access: your email address and, if you choose, your country and main interest. We do not use tracking cookies. Read the privacy notice and cookie notice.

What we are — and aren’t
RIQARO is a technology product operated by WebResenje PR. It is not a law firm and not a government service. The product explains which protections may apply and helps you act; it is not personal legal advice. For complex or high-value disputes, a lawyer or a consumer organisation can help.
